We have all seen various pictures and posts about the strange things that people in the far east call food. Insects, pets etc. But this is one custom that has gone way too far.
I dont know if this is a fake, i really really hope it is.
In Japan, fetuses can be bought for several thousand yen from hospitals to meet the high demand for grilled and barbecued meals.

UPDATE: Thanks to Josh and Cass who pointed us in the right direction enlightening us that this is in fact fake. Well, not fake so to speak, its art. The man in the photo is Chinese artist Zhu Yu, who performed a conceptual piece called “Eating People” at a Shanghai arts festival in 2000. The controversial photo has since been part of a number of art exhibits. As for the “baby,” it was most likely constructed by placing a doll’s head on a duck’s carcass. And now that i know its not “real”…heres one of the photos:
