A cyclist caught this on her helmet cam on Thursday. That is, a horse running freely down the street.
Here’s her description.
This horse was headed north on Wells, just south of North Ave. The horse turned right on North Ave, headed east. While you can’t see North Avenue well in the video, it was busy.
We have no information on what happened to the horse.
