You know, I vaguely recall hearing that there would be a new film in the Terminator series. It’s probably vague because I heard it and then forgot about it. Anyway, this is indeed true. It’s called Terminator Genesis.
After seeing that last Terminator movie, I pretty much had enough. I don’t even remember what it was about, which means it was totally forgettable. I seem to recall Christian Bale berated some dude for shining a light in his face during shooting or something though.
So if that’s what you remember about a movie, well…
Anyway, THE Terminator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger was not in that movie. This I know. I think he was governating California at the time. But now he’s back to being in movies and he will indeed be in Terminator Genesis.
This at least makes me interested. More so to find out how a 60-odd year old Arnie is actually going to look as the Terminator than actually seeing an Arnie movie, but still. That’s better than no interest at all, which is what I had before today.
They released some behind-the-scenes shots from the production earlier this week and yup, there he is. Looking old, but dressed up in Terminator costume anyway (plus some stupid jacket).
But whatever. He said he’d be back and here he is. Back!
