We wouldn’t care about this news report from the CBC if it weren’t hilarious. There’s really nothing funny about the report itself, but there’s a woman in the background of the shot walking, texting and not being aware of the stairs in front of her.
She enters the shot from the right side around the nine second mark. She bites the dust around the 16 second mark, which is also when you’ll begin chuckling.
She’s also the black heap in the middle of the photo above.
