This is the Emperor 1510 from a company called Novelquest.
Its standard configuration features an Intel Core 3.2 GHz processor with an NVIDIA GeForce graphics processor as well, 12 Gigs of DDR3 SDRAM, 500GB eSATA drive, a Razer Lachesis gaming mouse, and Logitech diNovo Edge Wireless Keyboard. That’s just the tip of the ice burg. It’s priced at nearly $5k which isnt really all that bad is it.

the model you have posted is the ‘Emperor 200′ with a base price of $40,000
the 1510 with a base price of $5000 looks a lot different with not as many features…
